Most often found behind the keyboard, Julie is a writer and occasional cake decorator - or so she would like to pretend. What started out as part-time has developed into a full-time commitment to writing for charities, small businesses, social media and most importantly cake blogs. This way, she can live vicariously through the delicious efforts of others and pretend (at least in her head), that she too, is capable of making such fabulous cakes. When not writing, and juggling 50 things at once, you will find her on her mobile, or pretending to be a trophy wife and mother. Then there is the snorting when she laughs hard. But that’s a whole different story.
