For the first video this month we have Pixie making the Crazy Rabbit Cake, which is a carved cake with a figurine on top. Since it is an easter rabbit cake we made it from a classic carrot cake with marmalade and buttercream. Depending on your local conditions you might want to use a mud cake with ganache instead.
