Vilmos “Vili” Farkas
Vilmos started his baker career at the age of 9 with his first dessert. No wonder since as a child he spent most of his time in the kitchen with his mum in hope for a little bit of sweets coming his way.
When he succeeded baking his first pan of paprika rolls at the age of 14 the decision was made: he would become a pastry chef.
Driven by her passion, cake decorating she founded LCDO and taught thousands of students until her resignation in 2014.
Although he is a professional pastry chef with various skills ranging from traditional pastry to chocolate and isomalt art, his long time passion is carving cakes.
