After we receive your payment your login details to the membership site or your download link to our digital products -such as ebooks, videos etc- will be emailed to you automatically within 24 hours. Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes the membership renews on the same day each month or each year from the day you purchased it until you cancel. Please note 3 days is required prior to any payment being processed for a cancellation to take place in accordance with PayPals recurring payments and billing agreement. However, you can cancel your membership for yourself anytime, following the steps presented below:
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be cancelled up until three business days before the next scheduled payment.
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile at the upper right corner of the page.
Click Profile and Settings.
Click My Money on the left hand side.
Click Update beside ‘My pre-approved payments.’
Click the name of the subscription you wish to cancel.
In case you don’t have a PayPal account, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org directly to cancel the agreement.
Please note, that due to the technical setup of the Membership Site’s system, you lose your access to the Membership Site the instant your subscription is cancelled in Paypal, regardless of the remaining time until the renewal date. We recommend you to set a reminder for yourself for the renewal date if you wish to cancel the subscription before the payment reoccurs, but wish to access the Membership Site up until the renewal date.
Please note that after cancelling a payment, subscription or automatic billing agreement, you are still required to pay Learn Cake Decorating Online for the goods or services you have received up until the cancellation is processed as per the terms with Paypal, therefore you are NOT eligible for refund of payments before your cancellation is processed.

We refund duplicate payments, if you happen to get charged multiple times for your membership, please email us at [email protected]. We do not refund recurring payments that you failed to cancel or failed to ask to have cancelled 3 working days prior the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for digital products that you have deleted or cannot find – we are happy to resend the download link against an invoice or any other proof of payment. We do not offer refunds for payments on the basis that you were not aware of the reoccuring nature of the subscription payments. Once you have logged in to our membership site or downloaded the digital product you are considered to have used our services, thus you are not eligible for a refund for any of these products or services.
